Step 1. Discovery Call/Scope of Project Call
In this step we work with you to discuss requirements and clarify exactly what you need to accomplish your goals.

Step 2. Plan (Pre-Production)
In this step we arrange everything that’s needed to execute on shoot day.
Your Responsibilities
Feedback/Approval of Pre-Production Document
Our Responsibilities:
Creation of Pre-production document
Arranging the best food stylist for the job
Gathering of all props/set art, food & ingredients needed

Detailed pre-production document/shot list
Step 3. Shoot
Shoot day has arrived, in this step we execute the plan.
Your Responsibilities:
Approving the content. This can be done if you choose to attend in person, or remotely via Zoom.
Our Responsibilities:
Following the shot list and executing the plan
Capturing all the content in the shot list
Providing a large monitor for clients to view and approve content as it’s being captured (client attends shoot in person) or providing live feed via Zoom for remote approval
What you get:
Full day (up to 1 hours) Photographer/Videographer, camera, lenses, lighting and all equipment required for the shoot, lighting/camera assistant, food prep & styling, studio/location.
Step 4. Post-Production
In this step we do the editing & retouching to the content captured on shoot day so it meets the requirements for final delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Selecting the images for retouching & giving final approval
Our Responsibilities:
Uploading proofs to online viewing platform to be selected (photo)
Editing, colour correction, adding music and any other digital assets, then uploading to Vimeo for feedback, 2 revision stages (video)
What you get:
Link to view and select proofs for retouching (photos)
Link to view each draft leading up to a Final Cut
Step 5. Deliver
At this stage everything has been approved, all that’s left to do is send you the final photo or video files.
